Founder’s Associate - Product

Role:

• Collaborate closely with founders to shape product strategy and drive the product development lifecycle.
• Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Work in a remote-first environment with direct exposure to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with sales and Revenue Operations teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and refine product functionality based on feedback and data.

Requirements:

• Excellent academic background and experience in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting.
• Strong written communication, analytical thinking, and curiosity about technology and AI.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and collaborate across multiple teams.
