Job Description
Design, build, and facilitate leadership development programs for Zscaler’s GTM (Go-To-Market) organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Sales Leadership Development, you will be responsible for: Designing and delivering scalable leadership development experiences for GTM leaders globally, rooted in Zscaler’s leadership principles and performance expectations. Applying certified coaching methodologies to support leader development through workshops, cohort-based learning, and 1:1 engagements. Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of leadership development initiatives—needs assessment, stakeholder alignment, content development, and measurement. Leveraging performance metrics, feedback, and learning data to continuously improve program impact and effectiveness. Collaborating with Sales, Enablement, HR, and Learning & Development to align leadership programs to business goals and career development paths.
