Role Responsibilities:

- Maintain custom objects and page layouts for evolving business requirements.
Project and Support Functions:
- Organize comprehensive testing and coordinate user demos for new deployments.
- Support change management with training, documentation, and communication plans.
- Iterate on tools based on user feedback and measure implementation outcomes.
