About the Role:
- This is a hands-on senior support tier for the Secondary Logistics team.
- You'll own each stuck release from escalation to completion.
What You'll Do:
- Take escalated calls, chats, and tasks, negotiating with lots and tow providers within approved limits.
- Keep release events and vehicle movement records accurate for real-time client visibility.
- Prioritize backlog and support pilot programs and special projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a logistics coordinator, agent, or similar vehicle release, towing, or dispatch role.
- Calm under pressure, decisive judgment, and customer-first empathy.
