What You'll Do:

• Proactively manage delayed and failed deliveries, coordinating with delivery partners.
• Use cloud-based tools like HubSpot and Slack for real-time support and escalation.
• Document activities and collaborate with team members to improve processes.

What You Bring:

• Prior dispatch or logistics coordination experience.
• Proficiency with cloud-based tools and strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
