Job Description
Serve as the lead field contact for KP capital installations, managing the execution of all site-level activities. Conduct site walk-throughs to evaluate facility readiness and define endoscope and endoscopy tower configuration (product mix and quantity). Coordinate clinical alignment with physicians, nurses, clinical engineering, and sterile processing department staff to ensure installation success. Manage quote development for KP projects in partnership with corporate accounts and sales team. Oversee post-installation issue resolution and ensure a smooth transition of the site to the National Corporate Account Director, Account Executive and Clinical Specialist, and for ongoing customer support and relationship management. Leverage Fujifilm’s AMP (Asset Management Portal) to track and analyze real-time equipment performance data, including uptime, downtime, loaner fulfillment rates, and other key service metrics across KP sites. Serve as the ongoing operational point of contact for KP account stakeholders, supporting post-install visibility and relationship continuity from an execution and performance standpoint. Support and aid in the presentation of quarterly business reviews, providing data-driven insights on capital sales trends, rebate utilization, service levels, and asset deployment. Identify performance gaps or risk areas using AMP data and proactively coordinate resolution with internal teams (Service, Sales, Clinical Specialists, and Operations). Contribute to long-term strategic account planning by providing trend analysis, equipment lifecycle insights, and recommendations that support customer satisfaction and contract success.
