Execute Deel's global go-to-market strategy across operations and service offerings. End-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation. Create data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets. Problem solving and solution implementation. Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale. Work with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements. Support strategic goal setting and performance management. Create and maintain existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools.
