Job Description

The Patient Experience Coordinator will schedule patient sessions and provide reminders, complete task tickets ensuring schedule accuracy, and communicate any scheduling changes to providers and the care team. You will engage with patients via chat, email, video conference, and phone, educating them about program offerings and Recora app usage. A key responsibility is troubleshooting session technical issues, including supporting patients in joining virtual Zoom sessions from Recora-issued or personal devices. You will also collect regular patient feedback, sharing insights with the Operations Team, ensuring a seamless and supportive patient experience.
