Job Description
Quote to Order Management:
Oversee end-to-end quote to order processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Partner with RevOps and Finance to resolve order-related issues promptly.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
Maintain documentation of workflows and ensure adherence to SOX and audit requirements.
Team Leadership:
Manage and develop the Order Ops team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Set priorities and allocate resources to meet business objectives.
