Job Description
The Head of Sales Enablement at Kinsta will play a critical role in improving the productivity and effectiveness of our Sales organization. This position supports both new-hire onboarding and ongoing sales readiness initiatives, ensuring that our Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Development Representatives have the skills, tools, and content they need to consistently achieve and exceed their quotas.
This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Teams, and Product to align messaging, streamline processes, and optimize our sales motions.
