The Role:
- For four years, Footprint's security and compliance work has been the CTO's responsibility; we are hiring the first dedicated IT and Compliance role to take a live program to the next level.
- The mandate is to build a compliance program that stays ahead of audits and keeps pace with agentic systems.
- You'll report directly to the CTO and own decisions with full trust.
What You'll Own:
- The compliance programs and audits for SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001, using Vanta as the system of record.
- Identity and access management, including SSO, directory management, and offboarding.
- The device fleet, endpoint security, vendor management, and cloud operations.
Success Looks Like:
- At 90 days: endpoint coverage and control state run to your standard, vendor management is a process you own, and audits are underway.
- At 1 year: all compliance programs run on your calendar, data-lifecycle and disaster recovery are on schedule, and you report key metrics.
