Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate resolution of routine payroll tax notices by following documented procedures and knowledge-base guidance.
- Support routine monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance activities by reviewing records and verifying data.
- Collaborate with team members to support cross-functional tax processing workflows.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in payroll operations, payroll tax processing, accounting, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
