Director of Product Management

Civitas Learning is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of our market-leading Student Impact Platform. This leader will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, guiding the team in execution, and ultimately delivering solutions that help our partner institutions improve a range of outcomes (e.g., persistence, career readiness, and others), raise graduation rates, and close equity gaps. A significant component of this role will be to champion the next generation of the platform by thoughtfully integrating powerful and practical AI capabilities. You will lead the charge in making our industry-best analytics more accessible and actionable through AI, ensuring we continue to provide the most effective platform for improving student success in the market. You will build, mentor, and lead a product team dedicated to this mission.
