Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams.
- Ensure teams follow Agile principles and Scrum cycles.
- Support Product Owners with backlog and sprint planning.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of total industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Experience managing 2 or more Scrum teams simultaneously.
Bonus Points:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in software product companies.
- Experience with remote/distributed team coordination.
