About the Role:
- Long-term freelance translator for European Portuguese (pt-PT) software UI and marketing content.
- Work autonomously and asynchronously with limited meetings and regular Slack collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Translate software UI text delivered as keys, preserving meaning, clarity, tone, variables, and formatting.
- Translate marketing content into persuasive, natural European Portuguese.
- Review and resolve quality-assurance issues identified during linguistic review.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- Professional experience translating software UI and marketing content into European Portuguese.
- Native-level command of pt-PT and strong comprehension of English.
- Experience with key-based translation tools and ability to work independently.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with online communities or creator-economy products.
- Experience localizing content for SaaS, membership, or digital products.
