Paralegal II

Position Summary:

• New American Funding is seeking a Paralegal II to support the Legal Department.
• We seek smart, motivated candidates who are proactive and able to prioritize work.
• The position provides an opportunity to be part of an active office and close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain contract templates as part of the Contract Risk Management program.
• Perform preliminary contract reviews of commercial agreements.
• Maintain and organize legal documents and data in third party and proprietary systems.

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
• High skill level with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
