As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Ontic, you are the dedicated technical quarterback for a defined portfolio of enterprise clients. You take deep architectural ownership of each tenant, ensuring every environment is healthy, secure, and optimized so that technical friction never impedes business value. Partnering closely with Client Success Managers and Managed Services Specialists, you advise on best-practice configuration, rapidly diagnose issues, and guide long-term platform strategy to align with each customerβs security and risk-intelligence goals. You also act as the critical conduit between client technical teams and Ontic Product & Engineering, translating field-level requirements into clear, actionable product feedback and roadmap inputs.
