Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the Dashlabs sales process: from generating and funneling qualified leads to nurturing and closing said leads. Primary area of responsibility will be across Indonesia. Responsibilities include initiating relationships, assessing and qualifying leads, preparing and conducting demos, handling contract proposals, negotiating pricing, providing detailed demonstrations, and closing leads by collecting signed contracts and payments. The ideal candidate will reside or be willing to work in Indonesia and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are essential for endorsement, assessment, and sales cadence. Extensive product knowledge and the ability to handle objections and diverse opinions are also required. A strong sense of initiative, independent management of multiple priorities, and the ability to be a team player with a drive for results are crucial. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to maximize the utilization of given resources.
