Marketing Performance & Attribution:
- Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards that track KPIs across campaigns, channels, website, and funnel stages.
- Establish reliable attribution models that connect top-of-funnel awareness activities to pipeline and revenue.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reporting to key stakeholders across the organization.
Campaign & Channel Optimization:
- Partner with demand generation and digital teams to analyze the performance of paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and content campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversion rates, and engagement by analyzing user behavior and campaign outcomes.
- Recommend A/B testing strategies and support the execution and analysis of results.
Data Management & Tool Integration:
- Ensure clean, consistent data across analytics platforms, CRM, and marketing automation systems, focusing on data integrity in Hubspot and the connection to Salesforce.
- Work with GTMOps to improve data tracking infrastructure and event tagging.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to support data collection, visualization, and analysis.
