Own and Optimize Marketing Operations:

  • Act as the day-to-day subject matter expert for our marketing automation/email platform.
  • Translate campaign, ABM, and webinar plans into operational requirements and build the underlying journeys, forms, landing pages, and emails.
  • Troubleshoot marketing automation issues in partnership with IT and vendors.

Drive Campaign, Lead Gen, ABM and Webinar Execution:

  • Build, QA, and launch outbound campaigns and nurture flows based on approved briefs, with clear lead and conversion targets.
  • Operationalize lead generation and conversion programs by implementing journeys, nurture streams, and scoring logic.
  • Lead end‑to-end webinar operations for North America.

Deliver Analytics, Reporting and Insights:

  • Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to the End Customer Marketing Lead, Sales and the broader team.
