Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through multi-channel outbound outreach, including calls, email, and text.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities, educating prospects on therapy benefits.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize conversion strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of inside sales or lead generation experience with strong outbound prospecting skills.
  • Proven ability to convert leads in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment with excellent communication.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Structure:

  • This role offers a $65,000 annualized base salary with a quarterly bonus OTE of $3,500.
  • The position is a temp-to-hire engagement, starting remotely with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance.
  • Remote work is preferred for candidates based in the Midwest or Eastern US time zones.
