Job Description
This role involves delivering outstanding service to global customers, not just ticking off tickets and answering emails quickly. As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide users with an outstanding customer experience, aligning with Manychat's mission to make users happy while using the product. This includes analyzing and responding to queries via ticketing system (no calls), becoming a power user of the product to delight customers, identifying cases that need escalation, and sharing feature requests. Collaboration with the broader Manychat team on business objectives and regular attendance at team meetings are also required to discuss ongoing projects, process improvement ideas, and product features.
