Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer variable compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate commission processing and payout support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align compensation plans with company objectives and maintain accuracy.
  • Develop and improve compensation processes and reporting for scale and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, commissions administration, or finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets, reporting tools, and compensation or CRM systems.

Work Environment:

  • Remote or onsite, with a preference for local hybrid candidates but open to remote US candidates.
  • Negligible travel required for the role.
