Support Engineer

Engineering & Code Ownership:

• Drive engineering-routed escalations from reproduction through resolution, collaborating with other engineers as needed to land the right fix.
• Write production code across C#/.NET back-end services and React front-end to resolve escalations directly when scope allows.
• Build and maintain internal admin tooling and operator surfaces that reduce manual intervention from operations and support teams.

Investigation & Incident Response:

• Lead complex investigations across distributed traces, database state reconstruction, race conditions, and integration boundary failures.
• Be a main participant in the Trading Platform on-call rotation, responding to active production incidents.
• Lead post-incident reviews and produce candid, learning-oriented write-ups for the broader engineering team.

Tooling & Observability:

• Identify dashboards, queries, alerts, and runbooks that make investigations easier for yourself and the support team.
• Replace recurring manual work with automation and improve diagnostic instrumentation, including log quality and trace propagation.
• Be a primary stakeholder of Admin interface functionality to improve tooling for support and engineering needs.
