Job Description
You will be working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define search parameters. The role involves attracting talented, impact-driven candidates to Lindus Health, primarily through outbound sourcing. You will execute a high-touch, candidate-first approach across the hiring process. You will also be interviewing candidates and pitching Lindus Health in a way that resonates with individual candidates' motivations. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers through proactive communication and reporting is key. You will also partner with our Talent team on projects that build Lindus Health’s ‘talent engine’ from the ground up in the US.
