We are hiring a SMB Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our growing SMB (velocity) sales team. This is a pivotal role in shaping our sales motion and coaching our team to deliver exceptional results in the fast-paced, high-volume SMB space. Reporting to the CRO, you will have the unique opportunity to influence strategy, processes, and culture while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team, managing team performance to exceed targets, optimizing sales processes, creating customer testimonials, working cross-functionally with other teams, tracking sales metrics, and actively participating in deals.
