You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate handling of HR documentation, payroll, benefits administration, and U.S. regulatory compliance, while also managing logistics processes including sales tax setup, tariff planning, and import/export documentation.
The role includes coordinating payroll documentation, overseeing healthcare and benefits programs, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and supporting audits.
The position also involves setting up and managing U.S. sales tax compliance, coordinating tariff obligations, monitoring trade regulations, and ensuring efficient movement of goods.
