Paralegal - Legal Holds

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform investigation and file management duties related to legal hold requests and litigation discovery.
• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify relevant materials.
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of litigation paralegal experience with legal holds and evidence preservation required.
• Experience with auto liability insurance matters and strong analytical and communication skills required.
