Responsibilities:
- Executing financial due diligence project work.
- Focusing on analyzing financial data and identifying key trends behind the performance of a business.
- Helping to write reports that communicate findings and recommendations around the key financial and business issues in a transaction.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of related work experience
- CPA certificate with Public accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
- Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
- Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
