Smile CDR Administrator

Role Overview:

• This is a fully remote, short-term contract position supporting a healthcare technology initiative.
• You will manage multiple Smile CDR environments and support FHIR-based APIs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Administer and configure Smile CDR environments, modules, partitions, repositories, channels, and security settings.
• Monitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance, proactively addressing issues.
• Support regulatory and interoperability initiatives involving CMS and ONC requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of healthcare interoperability experience and 3 years of hands-on Smile CDR administration.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and XML.
• SQL proficiency, Linux experience, scripting, and production platform support.
