About the Role:

  • Expand UniFi’s presence across Japan.
  • Own the full sales cycle and work closely with end customers and channel partners.
  • Help organizations modernize their IT and physical security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across multiple industries.
  • Develop and grow relationships with distributors, system integrators, resellers, and MSP partners.
  • Provide feedback from the Japan market to inform product development and regional strategy.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Experience in networking, IT infrastructure, ISP, or physical security solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong reliance on AI tools, LLMs, and automation to drive productivity and scale technical output.
