- Build predictable pipeline coverage and executive-level deal governance.
New Logo Acquisition and Complex Deal Execution:
- Develop compelling value propositions tied to administrative cost reduction and regulatory readiness.
- Shape RFP strategy, win themes, pricing architecture, implementation assumptions, and commercial terms.
- Maintain senior-level buyer relationships.
Commercial Infrastructure and Team Development:
- Build and scale the sales organization, including enterprise sellers and business development resources.
- Develop sales enablement assets, objection handling, and executive decks.
- Use data to manage the business, including pipeline coverage and contract conversion.
