New Logo Acquisition and Complex Deal Execution:

  • Develop compelling value propositions tied to administrative cost reduction and regulatory readiness.
  • Shape RFP strategy, win themes, pricing architecture, implementation assumptions, and commercial terms.
  • Maintain senior-level buyer relationships.

Commercial Infrastructure and Team Development:

  • Build and scale the sales organization, including enterprise sellers and business development resources.
  • Develop sales enablement assets, objection handling, and executive decks.
  • Use data to manage the business, including pipeline coverage and contract conversion.
