Job Description
Team Leadership:
Lead the design and implementation of Genesys contact center solutions.
Manage telecommunications infrastructure to ensure high availability.
Partner with vendors to resolve escalated issues and plan for enhancements.
Technical Expertise:
Manage telecommunications infrastructure, including SIP, VoIP, and related technologies.
Integrate telecom systems with other business applications.
Utilizes strong technical knowledge of AWS cloud services.
Problem Solving & Communication:
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Analyze call flow data and recommend improvements.
Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
