Supervisor Repossession/Remarketing

About the Role:

• Oversee the repossession of vehicles and subsequent remarketing and sale of assets.
• Manage vendor relationships, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing the team in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day operations, hiring, training, progressive discipline, and termination.
• Develop strategic remarketing processes and relationships with vendors.
• Manage vendor assignment, storage, transportation, and auction to maximize vehicle value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 3-5 years supervisory experience, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, 365, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
• Knowledge of auto auction operations and vehicle repossession and title processing.
