Role Summary:
- Providing contract drafting and negotiation services.
- Requires experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and compliance checks with policies, and risk assessments.
- Experience in procurement contracts, such as Statements of Work, Master agreements, SaaS, MOU, NDA, etc are preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work within contract management systems and client environment
- Effectively communicate with client and their stakeholders
- Guide stakeholders based on company legal guidance, policy, and process
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Possession of an outstanding customer service attitude
