About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction to final completion.
- This remote role is based in Southern California with periodic travel to project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall delivery while ensuring quality and safety.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project documentation, subcontractor performance, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, budgeting, and construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel periodically to project sites throughout Southern California.
Benefits:
- Annual compensation up to $145,000 depending on experience.
- Mileage reimbursement, healthcare stipends, and remote-based work arrangement.
