Job Description

The Instructure Bilingual Technical Support group is responsible for providing technical assistance to the end-users of Canvas, a cutting-edge LMS software. Technical Support Representatives support end users, learning management systems administrators, and corporate users. As part of the Full Time program you would assist primarily end users, providing troubleshooting and technical support over the phone. You’d also advise clients regarding the product's use and address specific user issues; acting as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 Support during problem escalations. Responsibilities include taking incoming Bilingual phone calls/chats/emails from admins, teachers, and student end-users; validating and clarifying reported issues; answering how-to questions; resolving end-user issues within the Canvas user interface; replicating, troubleshooting, and describing simple bugs; and maintaining thorough records in the ticketing system.
