Job Description

Strategic Customer Success:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers realize business value from their Honeycomb investment.
  • Translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
  • Align customer use cases with Honeycomb capabilities.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Lead and continuously improve customer lifecycle programs.

Content & Collaboration:

  • Contribute to high-quality customer-facing content.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advise customers.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to expand Honeycomb’s presence.
