Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll focus on building tools that support operational resilience, including understanding the impact of disruptions like power outages on business assets and downtime. The work falls under "Continuous Planning," connecting Business Continuity Management, Recovery Management, and IT incident response. You'll join daily standups, pair with developers for code reviews, collaborate with the Product Owner, and implement backend APIs in Java or .NET and hook it up to a React-based frontend. Your role includes leading system-level architecture and design discussions, contributing to code across the stack, and designing SQL databases. You'll also handle XML files, execute unit and integration testing, and collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and QA. Supporting DevOps practices and being a technical mentor are also part of the role.
