Responsibilities:
- Own identity infrastructure using Okta for SSO, MFA, Workflows, and SCIM provisioning, alongside Google Workspace and SaaS integrations.
- Architect automation across the IT stack for onboarding/offboarding workflows, access controls, license governance, and SaaS lifecycle management.
- Manage macOS endpoints with zero-touch provisioning, policy enforcement, and MDM scripting for detection and remediation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in IT systems or identity engineering roles with a track record of designing and automating at scale, not just operating.
- Deep expertise in Okta Workflows, integrations, policy design, and SCIM provisioning, beyond basic user administration.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash, comfort with REST APIs and webhooks, and hands-on Terraform experience for infrastructure as code.
Additional Aspects:
- Strong macOS fleet management skills using MDM tools like Jamf or Kandji for zero-touch provisioning and scripting.
- Deep understanding of SSO protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM provisioning patterns for troubleshooting and architecture.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration at scale and solid networking fundamentals including DNS, HTTP, APIs, VPNs, and firewalls.
