About the Role:
- Partner with Revenue Operations on annual planning, OKRs, and V2MOM execution.
- Lead cross-functional programs and special projects delegated by the CRO.
- Coordinate board meeting prep, revenue events, and executive engagements.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or consulting.
- Strong program-management skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary ranges from $163,000 to $263,000 depending on location.
- Includes Restricted Stock Units and 10% bonus target.
