You will partner with our CTO to develop and execute technology strategy that scales across African markets. You will lead OKR setting, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across distributed engineering teams. Drive project management for strategic initiatives including country launches and platform scaling. You will also drive AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives across technology teams, embracing emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
