Volunteer Outreach Coordinator

iMentor is seeking Volunteer Outreach Coordinators (VOCs) to help recruit volunteer mentors to match with students. They will do this by increasing the number of new leads for iMentor’s regional programs and our partners through passive, grassroots, cold and warm individual outreach techniques. This is a primarily remote, part-time, seasonal position (from September until mid-December) that will support our mentor recruitment teams during their most critical season. The Volunteer Outreach Coordinators will execute call and email campaigns to volunteer prospects, support prospect research to identify recruitment partners and outreach channels, represent iMentor and partners at tabling events, and support facilitation of mentor orientations. They will use provided systems and processes to document outreach efforts and support pipeline management.
