Investor Relations Associate

The Role:

• Support the senior investor team on live mandates and build investor relationships from day one.
• Focus on investors, not admin, with software and AI handling technical work.

What You'll Own:

• Your book of investor relationships, brought and opened at Pairs.
• Mandate support, including investor qualification and briefing notes.
• New relationships and personal growth through shadowing calls and writing briefs.

Success After 3 Months:

• 70–150 investor relationships in your book.
• At least 10 meetings a week booked between clients and investors; 20–30 is strong.

You're a Fit If:

• You've built an investor network through a family office, placement, accelerator, fund, wealth management, or your own initiative.
• You know investors backing US-based startups and have made 100+ introductions.
• You communicate clearly, build trust, and use Claude confidently.
