Assistant Director, Advanced Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Own value realization analysis for assigned initiatives, ensuring benefits are defined and tracked.
• Quantify the impact of key work by applying analytical techniques to create data-backed assessments.
• Develop and refine metrics and KPIs for transformation initiatives tied to strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of business experience, or Bachelors plus 7 years.
• Proven track record of developing and applying modeling to business problems.
• Deep knowledge of data sources, tools, and the insurance value chain from underwriting to claims.
