What will your job entail?:
- Build relationships and partnerships with key business stakeholders.
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze complex data to recognize trends and extract insights.
- Develop and maintain expertise in relevant business processes and systems.
Work Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) and 2 - 5+ years of relevant experience required.
- Prior experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is desirable.
- Experience with insurance policy management/administration systems is desirable.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Knowledge of Insurance Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Business Shared Services teams/ organization.
- Knowledge of Excel advanced functions preferred.
