Job Description

Collaborate with customers and technical teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities to add value through T-Systems solutions. Assist Presales, Sales Experts, and Sellers during early phases of customer engagements. Work closely with Cloud Professional Services, Portfolio Excellence, and Managed Services teams to support the development of the professional services portfolio. Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction through effective support and communication. Provide support to the Program Management team in managing and prioritizing partner initiatives. Act as a technical contact point to help achieve partner objectives. Help expand relationships with solution providers and strategic partners. Assist in planning and facilitating workshops, participate in public communication efforts, and support the creation of content for internal publications. Provide input on existing products and gather customer feedback. Assist in developing strategic technical plans and Proofs of Concept for use cases.
