Referral Operations Associate

Detail-oriented and proactive Referral Operations Associate needed to help manage our patient referral process. Working with the U.S.-based team, you'll ensure every patient referral is handled quickly, accurately, and professionally. Within your first year, you will: Review medical documentation from clinics to ensure all required information is complete and meets our internal standards. Contact medical suppliers by phone to confirm they can service specific referrals. Send referrals via fax or email to the appropriate medical suppliers. Follow up regularly with suppliers to confirm receipt, processing, and delivery of referred orders. Identify and escalate issues with referrals or supplier performance to team leadership. Support team growth by helping train and onboard new referral team members.
