Vetcove is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate excited to build a career in client relationship management, campaign operations, and cross-functional project coordination. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of campaigns — from setup and execution to reporting — while helping our partners achieve their goals and grow their business through Vetcove.
As an Associate Account Manager:
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Vetcove’s B2B campaigns
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign reporting, invoicing, and internal documentation
-Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Deliver regular reports, answer questions, and address ad-hoc requests from partners
-Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering) to support campaign execution and troubleshoot issues
- Help maintain internal systems and processes related to campaign tracking and partner performance
- As your skills develop, contribute to client-facing presentations, including weekly standups, monthly reports, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Learn to translate complex performance data into compelling, client-friendly narratives
