What You Will Do:
- Progress each issue through to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and R&D.
- Highlight potential escalation risks with the Team Leader.
- Handle customer escalations and keep customers updated on progress.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure.
